The 30-second film featured the voice of property expert and star of Location, Location, Location Phil Spencer.
The commercial showcased four style trends with each trend requiring its own custom-built set and had an accompanying voiceover, which gave viewers style inspiration and advice.
We also readdressed the balance of their brochure’s functionality and how it inspired customers. Our approach was to re-design the brochure to resemble editorial magazines rather than traditional trade brochures. We incorporated interior design ideas, aspirational imagery and a warmer tone of voice.
