When Jewson came asking for a new positioning and identity, we took a leaf from their customers’ book and built them a brand from the ground up.
Jewson is the UK’s leading chain of builder’s merchants, with over 600 branches nationwide.
Starting with the foundations – a new brand positioning and set of values – we then implemented a new visual identity and tone of voice to ensure greater consistency across the entire brand, from branch signage through to all their online and offline executions.
A small, dedicated team of Chapter employees are based in the Jewson Head Office helping to create synergy across all the work.
After successfully rolling out and establishing the new brand identity, we tackled additional projects and campaigns. We created and launched Jewson's biggest ever rewards scheme – Juice. We’ve also promoted Jewson Live, launched a new concept store and produced various creative campaigns and content.
We’ve also conducted in-branch, on-site and studio photoshoots, focus groups and market research. All of which means the Jewson brand is built of firm foundations for the future.
